At Luna Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Luna Furniture account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
Prepare and Ship
Securely repack the items in their original boxes with all hardware included, clearly label the package with your RMA number, and schedule a pickup or drop-off with the designated carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the furniture to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
